We have run releases where mistakes are public. Regulated data infrastructure, formal change control, audit obligations, and production incidents with real consequences. That is the standard Azimuth's governance was designed against, because it is the standard we were held to.
Engineering leadership
We build the product we sell. Azimuth is engineered by the same people who set its technical direction: context systems, governed agents, and the deterministic audit trail underneath them. Nothing in the framework is a slideware promise; it runs on our own repositories first.
